To book the apartment a 20% deposit must be paid online with a credit card or PayPal account directly to Tobago Bookings. The remaining 80% balance is due directly to the apartment management via bank deposit alongside a US $100 / TT $600 refundable damage deposit. Within 72 hours of your initial deposit half of the balance is due to the management and within 1 month prior to your arrival date the remaining half plus damage deposit is due. You can pay the full balance if you would like or break it up. Cancellation: Cancellation up to one month before arrival, 80 % of the initial payment will be refunded. If the balance doesn't arrive on time or if you want to cancel up to two weeks before arrival, half of the paid amount will be refunded. A later cancellation means only the damage deposit will be refunded. A full policy with further details will be provided after booking.
