Policy & Terms

Payment for reservation: To book the villa a 20% deposit must be paid with a credit card or PayPal account directly to Tobago Bookings. The remaining 80% balance is due directly to the villa management alongside a US $600 refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit is refunded 14-days after check out, based on review from the caretaker. Within 72 hours of your initial deposit US $600 damage deposit is due to the management and within 1 month prior to your arrival date the remaining 80% balance is due. You can pay the full balance if you would like or break it up. Please note the villa management will require a copy of valid government ID to confirm your reservation.
